Styles of left handed bass guitars

It is especially true if you have a particular style or model of left handed bass guitars in mind. If you are less selective about the style of your left handed acoustic guitar, you may be able to find the guitar you need. Good musical instrument manufacturers do not make any assumptions, nor do they discriminate toward players that play with their right hand dominant. The left handed player is just as important to these manufacturers as the right handed one.

Left handed bass guitars models

There usually are three left handed bass guitars models to choose from. These models were difficult to find until recently. Although laws have been legislated to stop practices such as these, it may still be somewhat difficult to find left handed acoustic guitars as easily as you find right handed ones.

Left handed bass guitars bodies

All guitar bodies, necks and bridges on the left handed bass guitars are reversed, all pots have reversed tracks. Even the numbers on the volume and tone knobs go the other way round. The famous bird inlays are sliced and inlaid left-handed and all the options, such as gold hardware, are available to the left handed customer also.

Left handed bass guitars are now not as expensive since guitar manufacturers have started producing them to meet this demand. Left handed guitars are designed and made left-handed right from the start. Some companies settle for a number of right handed components on a reversed body. But others have spent many months on the tooling of components to do it properly.
